Did you check to see what size those tires are? They look like 35's.

Just curious if anyone knows of a shop on the east side of Toronto that would do a rebuild on my Fox 2.5s.

Nope. They pop right off with a little torque. Put a plastic shopping bag over the cover and your hands in the handles to catch the cover in case the cover wants to go in another direction.

That's a great idea! I don't know how many times I've tried to carefully remove a part and ended up practicing juggling skills to prevent floor contact!

How to anger a real-estate agent...

1.) Talk to them and get them to give you their awesome handyman contact.
2.) Wait to hear from them, yet they only speak to the handyman? Handyman does not sell my house, weird.
3.) Sign with another agent, because the 1st one does not contact you in almost 3 weeks.
4.) Get many many text's about how you have been such a bad person, for trying to go forward with your house sale to get the most money for YOU, mean while they think they are entitle to sell your house.
    PSST ITS MY HOUSE BIATCH
5.) Laugh while you read your wife the angry sales man text messages.

I can understand they're busy, but 3 weeks without contact is a little unreasonable. Did you sign anything with the first agent? might be some contract implications for commission entitlements or something.

Isn't your house supposed to be for sale this week?

I signed nothing with the 1st agent, which is why I signed with the 2nd agent.

The contractor is finishing up today, final touch ups Friday then listed, yea I wanted it gone fast. Something the 1st agent either didnt pick up on, or care to ask about.

He spoke to the contractor asking him when he will be done. He never spoke to me, that is his problem not mine. I aint begging him to sell my house. f that noise.

Good call. Sounds like he only really wanted the commissions and wasn't working for the customer. Seems pretty basic to ask when you want your house sold by, that would affect pricing strategy/closing date and whatever else.

Which the 2nd agent started with those questions.

She just seemed more interested in selling it how I want it sold.

there are hundreds of houses selling a week and there are hundreds more that are managing it.
there is always another fish in the pond and that 2nd realtor was it.

Glad to hear you have someone who's competent.
from the otehr post, #4 was them bitching and crying over losing their commission for certain.

    it's a dog-eat-dog market, get good!
