I appreciate the fact you're were willing to let me use the rack. I just sent Brute Force an email asking for a shipping quote. He just has $125-$185 listed on his site. I'm hoping for the $125 :D

Ill always keep my CB, but i won a full rugged radio set at Shamrock (along with some other stuff). And Trey said its a ham/gmrs. Also i found out today it pulls fm radio stations and the noaa weather stuff. Pretty cool.

Id keep the cb and just put run a new coax. That way you have options.

Yes sir there is a few good options and they are all better than a CB. If more people had them I would get one, I have been wanting to get something but I just keep hearing about different ones and while FRS and GMRS can talk to each other they are not compatible with HAM so you need CB, HAM and GMRS and have them all on to communicate with everyone LOL

Like @ovrlndkull said the group is so close together most of the time you can use your horn. I was looking at HAM and then started hearing about GMRS, who knows what will be next.

In all honesty, GMRS would be better for a group. HAM can get complicated with all the stations and crap. I want all 3 for my truck though...…..the gram calls for it :anonymous:

I love the cages but cannot justify buying one. My next purchase will be UCAs.

That's awesome. You can set them up to be like NASCAR or Prerunners. Get a headset and button for activation and you're good to go. That's a really awesome prize.
