Not sure if anyone listened to the news conference but they caught the shooter and are starting the investigation.
They released the name's and ages of those killed along with the shooter's name. Its still developing and I'm sure you all can do your own research. I think we can all agree, politics, views/opinions aside, this was a really shitty thing to happen and we hope justice is served.

 

What does that even mean anymore? If this keeps on happening, what's the point of "justice"?

 

Ive gotten to the point that “justice” for scumbags like this should include torture. Brutal torture techniques for the rest of their lives until they either kill themselves in prison or die from the torture.

Yeah, that was a loaded statement, I meant more in the sense of a quick trial and sentencing. Personally, I'd like to see an example made of him (shooter) so that it deters others from doing this. My idea of what that example would be could be classified as "harsh and cruel" and wouldn't fly in a public court room.

But instead of discouraging them all they’d do is be even more of a fkn coward and just take their own life before being taken in to custody.

Not sure if you guys saw the YouTube video that was live streamed. The "journalist" filming was loading groceries at the time and actually had his friend who was inside try to call him, he didn't answer because he chose to keep filming. Well his friend ended up being one of the victims.

 

I'm not following, but what are you insinuating?

 

That perhaps if he knew he was about to lose someone close to him he'd have chosen to talk to him one last time instead of "filming" the event.

 

I'm not saying he could of done much by answering, but the guy filming had ran around the store and at the very least could of told his friend to hide if he was unable to escape. Filming bodies was more important to him than having the ability to tell his friend what was going on

 

I agree they should make an example out of him but with the world the way it is now human rights groups would be all over it and it would turn into a mess. People like the shooter shouldn't have any rights after what they did no matter what. The court system is a joke they have undeniable proof he did why should it take months to sentence him?

 

Wasn't there a movie years ago where Prisoners had to perform in "games on a TV show" and the "winner" got paroled, the others die?

Now that is something I could fully support.
