Crazy how many mixed reviews you get on these. Think I'm about to throw some 285/70r17 KO2's on with about a 2" lift and 4.5" backspaced with 0mm offset wheels. As long as you've got the BMC there should be no rubbing right, or do you need to trim some plastic as well?

Just put Maxxis Razr MT 285/70/17's on. I have Alpine Design cab mount relocation and Accutune Fox 2.5's w/resi and JBA UCA's...lifted to 2.5". Im getting rubbing on the stock fender flares......going to trim and do the pinch weld.

•Xenon LED lights •EGR channel window visor/Hood Protector •total chaos bed stiffener •TRD cold air intake. •30” Rough country light bar •King’s suspension and springs •Camburg UCA/ replaced with JBA UCA •Method wheels •285/70/R17 Falcon wildpeak •slimeline bumper •All pro rock sliders •All pro skid plate •winch Plus a few more goodies and That’s all I have to say about that..
I agree but just so you don't have the same brain damage I did. Even with JBA's don't get HD ones cause mine still rub and I have specs to the T that assatthesalt mentioned except with Kings shocks but now need 3mm spacer or differently a negative offset..

Any zero offset I think will still have fitment issues.. cause I have cab mount chop and pinched weld.. but now my contact isn't fenders or welds but UCA and Tire...as shown:

I have the JBA Hd UCA’s. SCS Ray 10’s with 4.3 BS ...no tire rubbing there. Just at the fender flare

Precisely my point... :hattip:. SCS are known for Tacomas that's why they moslty or if not all have negative offset like I mentioned earlier. But rubbing on the fender is still frustrating..

Fenders and pinch weld? With the photo I'm wondering what your cab mount is mounted on??

I had a cab mount relocation done when the lift was installed. Alpine Designs bracket kit.
