Went to bed early last night, heard the storm and promptly went back to sleep.

I'm pissed off I got bad hail damage last night north of Austin after I went through it I pulled into a hotel awning and looked up there and looks like somebody got a ballpoint hammer and just beat the chet out of the top of the van and I got three big ass golf size cracks in my windshield now

 

I just called a windshield replacement place here and that damn windshield is $849 maybe I should just call the insurance

Don't you hate going to bed when your chunk of the weather is not going to arrive until later? Ours finally came at 1:45 (as predicted) and was through in 1/2 hour. Looked like this:


Lots of lightning, less thunder, and glad I could not really hear the wind and rain. We got 0.80", and NO hail! Everything intact this morning! Have a great second Friday! Off to round one of at Lowe's today.

Mark's right -everything has potential. But I've noticed that once someone painted it camo, and set it out as a hunting vehicle, it has lots of on the road and inspection type problems.

Did you contact insurance about your van? No way you can protect it when you're working!!

 

Evening SA! Well, I got more pavers and sand, and an edging connector or two; just couldn't get grass at San Marcos. Will try Kyle tomorrow.
