Maybe the real lesson to be learned is, just because you use a tiny tool, doesn't mean it's the best way to get the job done......:anonymous:

Well, at least we know the OP is still alive...

Still waiting on the video, however at this point I'm beginning to have my doubts as to how efficient this MA system is if it's taking 7 months for said video...

It does look like fun but I sink enough money into my life-size truck as it is, I don't need a mini version of that expensive hobby as well

A while back I made my own tube chassis using steel brake line.

I'm a baller though: no winch. no spare. no springs even, lol

Who needs a winch on an RC car when you have the ultimate recovery tool - a omnipotent god-like monster that can reach down and pull you out of any situation you get hung up on

I wish I had that when out in my truck

I heard OP was finally going to post his video this weekend but he had to go over to Suez and show them how to get that ship unstuck with an atv winch and 8km of climbing rope :p

A Handful of Times A Year? I'd say if you NEED a winch once a year that justifies the cost.

Think about all of the Matt’s recovery videos. I’d bet the cost of one extraction would cover the winch and all the goodies.
If you need a winch once it’s paid for itself.

yeah, low CG and nose heavy climbs better. I've since upgraded to velcro straps, and even use a lipo battery now.
