    Same here. In fact the only ones we ever had issues with is FedEx. UPS is good in our area too.

    Yep... USPS is generally pretty good in my area. UPS is good also. FedEx on the other hand.... they toss packages like they are basketballs and they drive like morons.

    I was going to go to the post office to show this to the PMG. My wife was with me and just before I got there said, “Well good luck receiving anything important from now on.” That and the fact that this isn’t the first time I’ve complained made me rethink it. You guys who are saying they aren’t going to do shit are absolutely right. Matter of fact it’ll get worse probably the more I bitch about him. This is the world we live in...

    I forgot to add when I called to complain at the local branch they didnt do shit about the issue. I didnt know at the time but the same day I called the local office to file a complaint that they could give 2 shits about my girlfriend texted the post office thrue the app . The next thing was the local office calling us saying we got a complaint from the headquarters or whatever and we want to find out what the issue is. Basically call the office and they wont do shit and hate on you for calling or try that app and chat with an agent. I think you'll be surprised when HQ gets ahold of them and tell them you have that video and pictures of the damage. Even though the issue got resolved for me I still dont like and trust the mailman so any time I have to mail shit out I go to the office drive thrue. I dont trust him taking from my mail box. Good luck
