Just became a member of the Tacoma World.. I own a 2005 Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab 4X4

This is my second Tacoma. I had a 2003 double cab TRD Off Road 4x4 which i traded in a while ago because i thought a full size truck was better.

Now I feel better to back to by mid-size Tacoma. Glad to have a the truck again. I wont make that mistake again.

my first one i did a lot of stuff to.. BDS suspension 2 inch lift, Demello rock sliders, custom made prerunner bar and a rack on the roof. oh ya.. PIAA lights all over the place on the truck

    DSCF0150_71497a0a13d00d2bf67a9bac1f2b864bd9cc0913.jpg

Now I'm back with my 2005 tacoma.. I'm going to leave this one stock. I just want a nice truck for everyday running. So far I really like this truck.

sorry.. this a cell phone pic of my recent tacoma..

Hey thanks guys for the comments.. i have to look at the link too.. I mounted the light by just drilling holes in the plastic bumper.. not the best but it works for now. theres a stiffer platic piece below the fornt clip bumper to hold on to. In time I want to buy a light bar. I just cant believe how expensive they are just for a strait bar.. crazy! I have done some more stuff for my taco. I'll take a pic and post

i installed the eyelids for the headlights. I had them painted. I also installed the skid plate and having the black grill done at a shop for a screen mesh upgrade done. i had an extra chrome grill around and had them put that on for now.. i think i like the chrome one a lot better.. When the grill comes back i'm going to mount the lights behind the mesh grill..

They are wheels off a trd special edition fj. They came in the gunmetal gray color. Here is a link (from my sig) to more photos if you hadn't already clicked on it: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-builds/104249-ycart1201s-build.html

You probably hit the TORC races every year. I got to go a few years ago. They are fun. I have been a Johnny Greaves & Jeff Kincaid fan for many years!

Thats funny you say this. I have been a member of these races since 2005. I was part of the Ben Wandahsega off road racing team. I used to drive the race hauler for him. The races here in Bark River are like a Holiday here. They have them twice a year now. soo much fun. Jeff and Johnny are cool guys to hang with. good people. if you can, make your way back up here for a race again. like you said.. they are a blast.

We were up there and finished up our camping trip the same weekend as the August race but we didn't want to back track all the way to the Escanaba area from Munising Sunday AM. I definitely want to attend again though!

I love how that house is about in the track and the track goes out onto the road too. I was surprised the house was there on the Dirt game version of the track.
