Everything repro my dad has ordered for his has fit just fine so far. Were currently waiting on a new loaded front subframe since the previous owner tagged a parking block at speed with the original piece.

It used to be that only the VW Beetle and '66 Mustang were the only cars you could build from scratch with a rolling frame and a JC Whitney catalog. Nice to see that list growing to include Camaros.

The ‘71 was an idiot killer. Too much engine and not enough brains behind the wheel.

The GTO, my Mustang, my House and my boat...all '65 models. It could mean that, that year inherently contains some sort of cosmic significance for me. Almost as if it were the junction point for the entire space-time continuum. On the other hand, it could just be an amazing coincidence.

They were quite attractive bloats though.

    I suppose.
I never much cared for the look of the later-model GTO's. Just personal preference. :notsure:

Yeah, coincidence maybe... but the cosmic tumblers do seem to align in 1965 for things made by human beings.

'65 442s were the only year that looked fast, IMO. And they would out-corner the later years too.
