Just had a kid and do a lot of camping, I like the versatility of a softtopper. More storage in the garage if I take it off and put the trifold on, can do it myself. All the sides go up. Cheaper etc. my question is does anyone know if they run any deals throughout the year? I’m looking to get one within the next few months.

The only deal I know of was the group buy they did a while ago. Once you get one, you won't regret it though!

    I believe so.

Give them a call. Super nice folks. They were easy to work with on that GB deal.

I have a couple of questions: Is there any way to secure the bottom of the back part of it without adding velcro stickers to the tailgate? Also, is there any way to lock it or make it a little more secure?

Some members have used magnets. IMO let air get through for ventilation. I haven’t secured the back for that reason from hearing from a members about poor air flow if secured to well.

I’m very Gassy so I need air flow LOL.

    Yes. A few actually:
-- Just leave the velcro off. This is what I do and added a 2in strip of clear paint protection film, but this isn't really necessary.
-- Tuck the flap into the TG. Credit @dilbert .
-- Install magnets under the loop tape on the flap. Credit @SpeySquatch .

I hadn't thought about this. Will it wear out the paint eventually? Or at least the clear coat? If so then I wonder about a strip of spray on bed liner...

I just used some clear film. But, I don't think it really even rubs.

Great product well worth every penny .the flap in the back I just rest it on the tailgate on the plastic piece on top . It just stays there .this way you don’t have to worry about the paint .

If you're a Front Line worker, they will give you a discount. My wife is a Nurse and I was able to get a discount. It was either 15 or 20 percent. I forgot ;-(

Several years on the magnets stitched into the layers. Still like new and no scratches or worn paint
