    if i bought the Toytec ultimate lift kit and a good set of UCA's like total chaos or something, would that put me at 3 inches of lift? or would i need to buy some other parts aswell?

    Nope thats all you need. The UCA's are only needed if your alignment is out of spec after lifting....which it probably will be at 3" of lift.
