RSI smart cap load bars

Any recommendations on 3rd party racks for RSI smart cap? Just put one on new Tacoma and rsi are on back order with best eta late April / early may from what I hear. Thx

 

Are you looking for just crossbars or a full rack.

@Mike's Custom Toys has a kit using front runner load bars for the rsi caps.

@thebaker Really appreicate your help on this! Just spoke to Mike (good guy) and all set.... next step is CVT Mt Hood and leaf pack to support the added weight

For any others w RSI cap these are super close to the RSI load bar design that matches with the hard angles of the cap and about an inch wider.

 

We want to see some installed pics when you get all set.
Also 40 mm feet are back in stock.

 

Anyone know the exact dimensions of the RSI Load bars, I think I found 3.15 wide but cant find the height. Looking to order tent mount brackets. TIA.

 

I'm gonna jump in here with a super specific question because it seems like the thread with the most relevance:

I have a 2023 AC and I'm getting a smart cap. It's mainly a work vehicle and I'll be doing an overland inspired drawer setup to hold all my tools (I'm a carpenter / general contractor). Think of the Pask build or the Scott Brown build.

I want to get an Alurack because they have that roller bar on the back which is great for lumber and sheet goods. Does anyone have any experience with the
Alurack mounting system? And the compatibility with the smart cap? I'm kind of struggling to find close up pictures.

The Smartcap roller rack looks pretty solid but its $400 more for basically the same thing.

Okay and bear with me here for the bonus question: Could I get a LONGER Alurack, say one meant for a sprinter van, and mount that to the Smartcap AND my cab? I know it would involve drilling but it would allow me to transport 16' material much more safely.
