Slick. Any reason this wouldn't work with Dewalt boxes?

    Thanks!

I'm sure the Dewalt boxes will fit. I didn't use them because they are about an inch shorter in height than what I was looking for. I originally had Sterlite bins there and they would work, too, but they aren't as tall as the Hefty bins.

    https://www.homedepot.com/p/Sterilite-18-Qt-Latch-Storage-Box-19848606/204724980

I found that 7 1/2" tall bins work best for my set-up.

I think the lids on the storage spaces that come with the SR5s are higher than the ones that come with the jump seats. DeWalt boxes worked fine for me in my OR, but I changed then out for a Sterilite drawer and a QLJJSD drawer so I could get access from the side without moving all the stuff I pile of the mat.

Check this out at Amazon. It has a grippy bottom that acts like velcro on your truck's carpet. No sliding around. I love it in my AC with no rear seat.

No, not all the way back. My seats are set where I like them/are most comfortable.

My seat is almost all the way back and I have room for a 10" deep container. Guess I'll keep looking.

A rug folded and placed under them would of made them work just fine. But yeah I like those Hefty tubs. Just wish I felt comfortable driving with the steering wheel in my chest.

IMG_1617.HEIC.jpg IMG_1618.HEIC.jpg IMG_1670.HEIC.jpg IMG_1671.HEIC.jpg I pulled out the backseats and built a simple flat platform wrapped with carpet. I got 2nd gen panels for the storage container, and a rubber mat off Amazon and cut it to fit. Wish i would have got in with a group buy for a rear seat molle panel before they stopped making them

Great idea! I got the two tool boxes at HD for about $20 each. Fits perfect, just like they were made to fit in this location!

Switched my access cab setup for the Goose Gear platform. Pricey but I like it so far. It allows me to lean by seat all the way back which I wasn't able to do before.

I forgot to take a pic but I spent the morning installing Noico sound deadening material on the cab back wall. I re-installed the back seat panel minus the seats, headrest and most hardware. I chose to buy the Dewalt tool boxes and floor panel for an inexpensive setup. The tool boxes contain recovery/overland gear as does the standard floor storage bins.

Took the truck out for a drive and was pleased with how well the Noico material worked quieting down the road noise from the back wall. I covered all the unused holes not needed to clip the panels back on and also pushed in breathable foam into the wall vents. I've seen others cover the vents but I chose not too. I wanted and may still install the Molle panel along the back wall if they become available again but worry the molle panel won't be as quiet as the seat panels.

Do you have a link to this Sterilite drawer? This is the perfect fix for me.
