These things are super nice! .675 at the flange side opening and .500 at the an side. I need to maintain a minimum of .375 throughout the whole oil drain. My smallest is .450

They didn't have too big of a selection when I got my PTE turbo from them. They sure are nice flanges.

Thanks I'm excited about putting them on and making sure I never have a drain issue again. Is your PTE a T3/T4 flange?

Yeah it is that style. I have a Russell fitting which is ok. I don't leak so might as well keep it.

Of all things, I never installed an oil pressure regulator. I always had plans to install a pressure sensor but never got to it, sad really. I ordered the Turbosmart OPR and that'll go on sooner than later. I'm trying to think of a way to have it drain into the valve cover, I've used all my space on the upper oil pan. I'm thinking use the PCV port I plugged.

I've gotta see what the upper oil pan looks like if you've used all the space!

I've already welded on two bungs, not really a good spot for a third.

    A thing or two...
What about using a y fitting to tie together the reg and turbo drain.

It is a thought. When going custom, imagination is the only limiting factor.

I've seen where people have a custom oil fill cap that accepts the OPR organs, dumps excess right in

Which sounds like a horrible idea now when I think I'll have to remove it every time I do an oil change haha

Yea trying to do it while the chra is in will not happen. My wrench slips and I'm not messing up the fitting. I thought about how I will take it apart while I was in the shower this afternoon washing today's grime and oil off.

Unhook intake pipes, loosen compressor tabs, unhook oil drain, unbolt wastegate from both sides, slide chra out, unbolt oil drain flange, add new flange, unbolt coolant line, unbolt coolant fitting, adjust wastegate bracket, and reinstall the fitting and the coolant line, slide the chra back in, bolt down the chra, install the oil drain, install intake piping.

    Simple.....
