FYI, while I had my scale out the other day I felt compelled to weigh my bed mat. It came in a hair under 30 pounds for the 5ft bed mat. Heavy enough that I leave mine rolled up in the corner of the garage until I actually need to put anything in the bed. Only takes 2 minutes to untie and 'install'.

Installed the anytime front and back camera. Overall, not too bad. Now I have to figure out which wire to cut to flip the mirroring!

Ok ok ok. So I just found out there’s an XP package, and I just so happen to have everything in the package. So my question is can I add XP badges to mine, or am I treading into douche territory?

Nope not allowed... you have to convert your side mirrors so they don't have the indicators in them. Plus you need to install the front lower wind deflector then you'll be okay to add the XP decals...

Hmmmmm they aren’t as easy to find on the inter webs as I would’ve imagined. They offer a trd off-road xp. It has a skirt and no mirror signals?

I was just curious, so I started searching to see what the cost of the badges themselves are and based on this eBay listing, you need to provide a valid XP vin to buy the badges. Seems a bit extreme to me. The pro grill I can understand to a point, but a badge... o_O

You can buy pro badges all day! If anybody on the forum has an xp and wants to order an extra set...

Do you think they actually have special VINs? Looks like a super easy package for a dealer to add to one at point of purchase.

Do you think they’d get pissed if someone snagged one of the many xp series vins available via a google search and used it to place an order?

People have done it to get OEM pro grills before. With that said, those scenarios were usually through an actual Toyota dealer site and not eBay. I imagine the worst they could do is cancel your order though.
