Barrage came back from Benchmade repair today, had to send it in when I noticed a screw missing and realized threads were stripped when I tried to replace it. Came back looking new and sharper than when I sent it with a new pouch all within 10 days. Really love Benchmade’s service and it’s the main reason I stay so loyal to them. Anyone else had pleasant warranty experiences with other knife makers?

Almost all the reputable makers will service a knife for their customers. I think it's one reason why you pay a little more for a knife that will last a lifetime.

Benchmade has it down to a science though which is nice. Submitted the claim online and my repair was tracked the whole way with automated status updates until the knife made it back to me. Never spoke to anyone and the only thing I paid for was shipping to them. I know most reputable knife makers service their knives but haven’t really experienced it with other knife makers. The only other maker that really advertises over the top warranty that I know of is ESEE but probably not gonna be able to break one of their knives to experience it

    What haven’t I changed?
Some recent acquisitions came in after being briefly delayed by last week’s snowpocalypse.

Giantmouse Ace Biblio with CF scales - A GM re-release of what was once a BladeHQ exclusive.

Holt Haptic - S90V with their new "Sea Breeze" handle milling pattern. I didn't think that I would actually get through the checkout process without it being sold out or sniped from my cart first.

Protech Malibu - I was finally able to get one to try out. This one came already modded by Way Of Knife/EDC Gearhouse. The handle has been redone in their "Blizzard Wash" finish and has been blasted down to raw aluminum and given a sort of battle-worn finish. Clip and other hardware look to be modified from their normal colors as well. I think I'd still prefer to get one with a patterned titanium handle.

A got an Arcform auto and it's got aluminum scales. It's slippery as shit, so when you deploy it you better have a tight grip or it's flying out of your hand.

Printed a box to show off my 940 collection. I’m going to refine the design a little and start selling them with custom text options.
