Camburg Balljoint UCA's

    So i had a question about the Camburg Balljoint UCA's?

    1- Are they better than stock? WHY?
    2- Why wpould someone spend the money to go with Camburg Balljoint UCA's instead of the Uniball joints?

    Im just trying to understand the thought process on this matter. i mean come on the whole purpose of the Uniball is to get rid of the crapy restricted balljoint, right?

    So if im getting rid of my stock balljoints, do you think the Camburg balljoint UCA's are good, are the better than stock?

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Most use the ball joint UCA's to save a few bucks. THe Uniball UCAs are stronger.

    so if im looking for good Midtravel then i would want to go with the Uniball UCA's, right?

    Right. The Total Chaos UCA's arent noisey like the Camburg, or Allpro ones, but they are a little pricey

    Havent had a chance to try them. No idea on how much caster is built into them, what hardness Uniball, or manufactue rthey use, etc. They seem kinda bulky from the pics, and not sure how well they would clear larger tiers.

    So if you were picking between TC or Camburg which would you choose?

    Icon Ext travel CO, Icon tubular uniball UCAs, Maxtrac Spindles, Icon RR rear w 2"aal.
    both the camburg uniball and ball joints provide the same amount of travel.

    It really doesnt mean anything. The 1" unibal is WAY strong for anything the Tacoma could be subjected to. However, the 1.25" Unibal that Camburg uses seems to reduce clearance between the UCA and coil. If running a 2.5" coilover, the spring will hit the UCA.
