Still think TITNC3: Return of the Iceberg was peak

I got in for 600 shares yesterday at 1.65 which is what I had available, hoping to increase when I get out of ICBU, just don't want to get out of that quite yet with share retirement coming.

 

I'm happier too, but really I'm like:

 

$GTii BLOWING away volume. It’s going to impress today. Remember it’s day 1. I’m not going to be afraid to take profits before 4/1. I’m torn on if a 4/1 hold might become a trap.
Now I’m overthinking.

 

And now I'm definitely wishing I had added more, haha. 50% in 40 min

It’s just tough in this market when your only green things are short squeeze players. I’m down over $30,000 in three days in the value but not selling so whatever.

Yep. My play account is always high risk tech plays. Couple that with the the NASDAQ and BTC getting kicked in the nuts and I'm about 3 trading days away from tapping out.

 

i managed to play the spike on HWCC and XPEV...but yea..had a couple calls on X from a few days prior that have melted.

 

This is the thing I hate about reading on reddit. Everyone is saying $1m, or $100k, but really they are not exiting at that price, I think the a lot of people will get off the ride between $400-$500. I think others may hold till $1k before getting out, then there will be the bag holders who really believe $100k or $1 million is possible.

 

I'm waiting until peak, then selling. An actual squeeze won't be 5 minutes, or even a few hours. If peak happens to be 100k, then I'll likely sell at $80k on the way down.

 

Brings up something though, how do you know its on its way down and not just a dip? I have a goal set for how much I realistically need it to be at. I want it to be around $2500 so I can buy my wife her new car, get a super charger for my truck, and still have some left over to donate to the local food bank. But, $1000 will get me most of the way to the new car for the wife, then I can just save up some more for the super charger and food bank donation.

 

Call me a naysayer, but I just don't see another squeeze of a magnitude over a couple hundred bucks, gamma or short, happening. The hedgies have too much control and the SEC has shown that they're not going to step in and stop naked shorting or synthetic share creation. The house always wins. This is from someone who has made and lost money on GME. I'm not trying to spread FUD, just being realistic.

 

You won't know, that's the thing lol. I plan to sell off in bits, so if it is a dip I still have shares in the game. If it keeps going down past my next level then I'll sell more.

I just like the stock. my cost average is well below what I think the stock will stabilize at in the future, so if it never happens I still trust that I'll make money in the end.

Use a trailing stop loss and set it to account for the volatility. It isn't going to skyrocket at a nonstop pace, it is going to go up go down go up more go down some back up again and down a little then up and so on until it finally just goes down. So you put a trailing stop loss for like 20-30% and hope it never drops at that rate on the way up and assume once it does start dropping like that it's on it's return flight to earth and the moon has already been reached

 

When they drop it it will take out a 20 % stop loss real quick
