That sucks, at least they gave a rental and are willing to fix it.

Valid point, to be fair I’m more concerned about mixed signals than the actual dating pool size, I intentionally make my dating pool small.

On the plus side even though she said she’s not ready for a relationship she has invited me out to do things every day since then.

I give it less than a month. My ex said the same thing to me “I’m not ready blah blah blah”
We were together 3 days later

:notsure: I just want it to last if it’s meant to happen and if it’s not I don’t want her to get hurt.
She seems fairly mature for her age and I know her parents raised her well.
I think when she and her sister stay with my parents for a week in a few weeks I’ll be able to figure out more what she is thinking/feeling.

That sucks, have you been able to heal it with PT?
My dad has both a ruptured and a herniated disk, he’s made it about 10 years without surgery, with PT and chiropractic care he’s gotten it so he’s almost back to his regular self but if he works on a roof for more than a few days it will bother him, and it’s much easier for him to throw his back out by moving wrong now.

wow, i definitely dont have it that bad. That doesnt sound like a fun situation. PT has helped a lot and Im back to normal for the most part besides my back hurting all the time. I think It healed relatively quick because i was 17 when it happened.

It definitely wasn’t fun  my dad had a short temper before and for 3-4 years after he injured his back it was an extremely short temper. He can operate equipment and do pretty much anything that an overweight person in their 50’s can do though so he’s not doing badly now.
I’m sure age plays a large role in it as well.

It’s gotten much better for sure. I’m back to living normally but I do still have to stretch often because it gets pretty tight at times and still hurts like a bitch if I sit in the same position too long. It’s been 5 months I believe sine it actually blew up

Went on Craigslist yesterday just to look at what’s for sale and found this
“posted 2 minutes ago” so i ended up saying f it and went and bought it for a steal. Smells funky and needs a good clean, has some minor dents and scratches. Have an exhaust rattle to fix and replace the thermostat that is stuck open. But for 5k it was probably the best thing I’ve ever paid for

Finally had our first “issue” in the new neighborhood tonight, random person pulled in the driveway, walked alongside both vehicles in the driveway, peaked around the corner of the house and then came up to the window, knocked, and then rang the doorbell, I turned the porch light on via an app and he left.
