Finally ordered new wheels and tires. My current setup is beat up but fully functional. Anyone want a weekend set of cooper mtp's and 3rd gen offroad wheels. will let them go cheap. they are beat up but functional. set of 5.

I wish I could make it, we're talking about it in the cova group chat. My wife is on call that day though so it's a bit risky with me being 2 hours away. Maybe I'll come and bring my son, but unlikely.

Big Levels worth the trip?

 

I think that is also called Bald Mountain? If so it was a fun trail. It has been a few years but I enjoyed it. We did it in the snow which might have probably made it more fun. It is a pretty tight trail though. I would say it is probably like the lower to middle section of Union Springs before you get to that tight tree (if you are familiar).

 

I know the tree! Almost too personally! I think Bald Mountain is the same thing. I was just doing a quick check of some other trails. I may have to be planning a trip. Thanks for the info.

I'd say it would be a fun trip if you are cool with pin stripes haha. Another note, there are a number of mud holes that can get pretty deep, so just be aware of that if you go and see them.

 

In the interest of keeping the generosity going: another local member was kind enough to gift me with something useful not too long ago; maybe I can do the same.

Is anyone in need of some OEM Toyota All Weather mats for a Crew Cab truck? I pulled 'em out to install Weathertech ones awhile ago; they're in pretty good shape. I'll see about posting a pic a little later.

 

As long as you like pinstripes...I think it might be closed for another few weeks though.

 

Pinstripes ain't nuthin'! If/when I go it'll be late next month. I need to get ahead of the yard first.
