    I'll keep you in mind for my jetskit. Any idea if there's some kind of kit or something for quick fixes? (For fenders/bedsides)

    I recommend West Systems, Epoxy Resin, and filler products. I think 105, 205 and the matching filler to thicken it up. Add more filler to make it go from runny water to peanut butter viscosity depending on what you want to repair. Filler adds strength too. Of course you have to grind and clean up all damaged area so that there are no remaining fracture areas, then you will see how much you have to repair. If you don't remove all fractures, it will crack again. Sand with 40 grit and clean with acetone before applying glass resin. If its deep and wide area you will want to add new fiberglass sheet/matt, or chopped up fiberglass sheet that you mixed into the epoxy.
    Pictures will help me better understand where your gonna need to head with this, but i can see your already working on getting pics loaded

    Or you can go super ghetto and get Solar Rez from a surf shop. apply in the shade, move to the sun, then sand. It actually works pretty well when prepped well.

    @Rakso ,
    after looking at your pics I would take a orbital sander with 40-60 grit and sand at the damage and at least 2-3 inches around that area, feathering/tapering the sanding as you move outward. Sand till its smooth (40-60 grit smooth) and you dont see any fractures left. With any luck and attention you wont sand all the way thru, shouldn't have to based on the pics. Tape off areas around incase of epoxy runs. Your gonna want to cut some 4-6 oz strips of fiberglass woven sheet , smaller pieces in the middle and stack them in reverse pyramid shape, i.e. small pieces on bottom centered on repair, and overlayed with slightly larger pieces. Should only be a few layers at most. Last layer of glass will fully encompass the sanded area. Mix up the 105/205 and some filler. Then soak the strips of fiberglass with a brush gently. Lay the now wet sheets into place (they will hold location cuz they are already wet) starting with the small pieces and overlaying the larger ones. For each layer use a brush to apply a bit more of the epoxy you mixed up. Make sure no air pockets, can push down with the brush to make sure and fill all crevices. Then let cure. If you do all this correctly your just gonna enter the lengthy part of sanding down to match the original surfaces surrounding this repair.. At worst you may find you have some low spots and will have to add more filler or another small peice of glass sheet, then sand again.

    if it is mostly gelcoat and no strutural cracks. just rough sand it smooth, then mix the epoxy resin and filler to a paste and paint it on their , then sand off.
