I actually do love cooking...don't know if anyone noticed I post a lot of food pics

 

I'm our resident chef in this house too. If it's 15 below and blowing snow outside, there's still a decent chance you might find me out with the grill on.

 

It's really not that expensive. This beauty in Tahoma is only $9.5M. Broken down to sq/ft that's about $340 a square for a new build. Nothing I've built in Mammoth over the last 3 years was under $400 a square. That place is actually a bargain.

That's a gorgeous home. I've noticed the NV side properties tend to be more expensive. Tax reasons one would assume.

Nope. When you mentioned Tahoe I did some snooping just for fun. There's some really amazing builds on the lake. I've never worked on any of them. I did some work up at Martis Camp about 10 years ago. Built a 3800 sw/ft "cabin" for a friend of a friend.

 

$3336 a square. I thought is sounded really cheap. I missed a zero on the calculator. lol

OK. This place is a steal at $1775 a square. Love the build.

I like the first one better. That modern blocky look never really did it for me.

 

That natural light is awesome

 

I like modern open floor vaulted a lot. It's a much harder build to get right from the actual building stand point. Interior walls hide a lot of fuck ups. lol

 

For the air fryer lovers and dreamers - I made dinner tonight entirely with my air fryer:

carrots, asparagus, Buffalo ranch truffle potato wedges, and a chicken breast.
