Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
    Interesting history lesson.
Given the current focus on minimizing carbon emissions, et al, the future of hard-core racing is limited. While it won't die out completely, a focus on durability and better high-tech performance would be welcome however.
I'm not unhappy with my '21 TRD OR, but I am somewhat disappointed in its interstate highway performance. A good power match would keep my TRD in one gear at speeds of 65-75 MPH - the 3.5V6 paired with an AT doesn't quite seem to accomplish that.

It is sad that it is needed, but there is a fix for that. @lapoltba is in CT and could help you out.

Sorry! The OV Tune will sort that out. Nice torque bump also.

Tuning other folks makes it an absolute steal. Hit me up if you would like to meet up.

Looks like there is a truckload of info to read up on here. Mine is a 21', really low miles at the moment. Looks like some of the threads are over 1k posts....is there a definitive how to primer on how it works?

Yeah. It is a bit dense. But, even the factory tune on the 2021s has holes in it, like you can tell.

The best that I can say is that for most everyone, you get more torque, a bit more HP, a calmed down AT, and typically no effect or a positive effect on your MPGs.

The main vF tune thread is your best bet or the news section of the website:

My Tacoma was definitely developed for racing and it says so on the bedside sticker. When my 3.5L hits 3500 RPM the world becomes a blur and it’s all podiums from then on.

Blackout package - planned: black bed logos, black wheel vinyls, front seat window tint, tires.
Are there any issues with warranty and/or a lease?

Mods? We don't need no stinking mods.
Yeah, mine is a lease, too. Last thing I want is for them to refuse to take it back because I did something take it shift better. I've read a lot of these comments and most everyone says the tune-up is undetectable. I'm still a bit skeptical, though.

All I've done so far is add side steps and mud flaps, things I can easily remove before turning it in in 3 years.
