this is what I do with unlocked files. Compare. Contrast. Drive. Execute changes. Share changes.

 

See to me this would be ok cause you guys are learning from each other sharing information trying to do good make the ultimate tune we all have so many different applications and different terrains we conquer this to me is what a community should be all about where the hell is the tuning police when you need them lol

 

Stepping back to absorb all of this:

I stared out wanting to help, share, learn.
I got "greedy" once I saw how lucrative some have made this. (Shame on me)
From now on, I'm going back to what I started out doing. Sharing information, and learning from others.
If someone wants me to make them a tune for their specific needs, I certainly can. It will come with a price. My time is not free.
Otherwise, use what you want, how you want. I never should have let it get to me, and I'm sorry for that.

 

I'm a firm believer in karma it's worked for me my whole life if these POS want to steal hard work they got what's coming to them . I promote vf tuner and I promote tunes I promote to donate to tuners you guys and I do not flash others i say buy the vf tuner pays these guys something for their work .these douches that can't get ahead in life take any chance to step on another guy to be on top but these douches will fall back to the bottom cause we are the better best and will always be the best of the best and these douches will always be coming crawling back asking can I get your tune fk em mike drop

 

Is there a moose knuckle donation page (PayPal?)? I know others have done that for people to throw them some cash for their efforts. $20 x a bunch of people adds up quick.

 

I always appreciated you sharing them, like others I opened them to learn/also sent beer money to ya when I had flashed one of your older ones. Someone asked to try the MW the other day and I reflashed them from base vft for free, they love it. I'll shoot you some more $ though. At the end of the day there are shitty people everywhere and people will try and take other peoples IP and run with it. But there are also honest people who are just trying to do right, and I think in this community for the most part it's the latter of the two. Just sent you some more beer monies.

I also like when I get tunes with my username in it. Yes. I can change it. But I feel like if you have a conscious you know changing the name and sharing is sleezy.

 

Again motivation, custom tuners- fact: R&D costs. You were going to spend the time/money wether it was for personal use or to sell. Is it for monetary gain or the greater good? Stay true to the “flash” game or stay humble.

I just want to say that Mat @OVTune has reached out to me multiple times to assist with making sure that my tunes are safe and that I lock them appropriately.
I appreciate this and I am thankful.
He also has allowed me to beta test some features and future features.
The future with Map switching is going to be great!

Yes.
Or you could have a ECO/good MPG tune in Drive, a Performance/power tune in ECT, a gearlock/towing tune in S mode, and something else with a push of a button.
Switching to a completely different tune map, without flashing.
