It's okay, the last year and change isn't what many of us thought it would be. What have you been up to these many months? Is your mom still around and okay? Or feel free not to answer if that's too personal. I remember you not being able to get in to see her last you were on.

Yes. Mom is still hanging in there. Thanks for asking. I still don’t see her in person. I’m not vaccinated yet. Apparently I’m pretty low on the usefulness ladder. Just keeping busy volunteering for things we don’t discuss here. That got complicated. Wrecked my Taco twice. Nothing major. Backed out of the garage and took off a mirror. Ran over a street sign and bent the bumper support. Need new glasses and maybe a remedial driving class. How have you been?

Ugh, lame. Hopefully you're able to get the vaccine to be able to see her soon and what a bummer about the taco, but at least it wasn't any major damage. Were you able to fix it?

Life has certainly been interesting here. Finally picked up our Drifter last month and got a single camping trip in so far, trying to plan our next one. We also upgraded our suspension so that's a huge ride difference and with the nicer weather we're excited to get out and adventure some. The crowd here is a little different which is a bit of a bummer. A lot of folks want to exclusively wheel or they camp in a tame spot with a trailer. Finding folks to both wheel and camp remotely is going to be a bigger struggle :pout:

Got the mirror back on but the glass is still cracked. I’ll check wrecking yards when it gets warmer. The bumper will need a body shop. Waiting for my $1400.00 gift from uncle to pay the deductible.
I prefer to wheel and camp alone. Just me, the pup and my friend Tito’s. We can go where I want and stay as long as I want.

    Awesome. Has a remote control?

My daughter has one. She can drive perfectly at 2 years old. Tacoma will pick it up quick!
