One thing he talked about was the "How do we know this will happen?"
When the dividend day of record comes 4/1 the DTCC and every broker goes through all their shareholders to earmark dividends...There is a halt on every share of stock and they are all accounted for to match up dividends with owners. This is when they will HAVE to acknowledge (instead of turning a blind eye) the existence of fake shares and go to the fund that is backing the short and say "We need these shares"
He said normally the short is hiding behind some LLC with fake real estate as collateral for their margin so they can declare bankruptcy and run...BUT the shares will then have to be bought by the fund he's going through...The money will come. They can't just say "Oh well"...
He said he talked with people at $TSLA and tried to get them to issue a space x dividend...a 10:1 share of Space x for every share of TSLA...he said this would send $TSLA to about $5000 a share as the shorts cover...but for whatever reason they don't want to do that...

He said there is no "target" it's whatever happens but they are in a HUGE hole...
all the technical aspects are set for it to come to fruition and if more companies had the balls to declare dividends it would nuke the shorts.
If $GME declared a dividend the game would be over fast.

With this Gtii talk it’s tempting to try and get some more cash put in the account for Monday morning. Thing is I don’t know if it’ll be ready to trade in time.

Not sure if it's the same with all brokerages, but TD doesn't allow one to trade OTC stocks on a margin. Have to have the funds clear. This really fucked me last week as I watched GTII go from $1.69 to $2.89 while I waited for funds to clear. After all this talk, I decided to drop some more funds in last night in hopes that they clear before 4/1.

 

I hope they look into what's in the containers on the ship or what else was supposed to go through after. Heard tons of sketchy stuff from dock guys. And the whole situation is sketchy

 

I know that for TD you can’t buy stocks under five dollars or options until the money clears

I have enough cash on hand to buy 100ish shares of GTii at market open Monday.

 

Don't drive the price up too much boys. Keep it down til I can double up on Tuesday/Wednesday...

The only place I can buy GTII is E*TRADE, which I have no funds in at the moment. Guess I’ll watch and be depressed.

 

Another thing the call mentioned was the sheer number of new shorts coming in thinking they have an easy OTC target. None of them read the 8-k about the dividend. He said they intended for the 8-k to be boring and monotonous so the skimmers would miss it and short away. They basically set a trap.
He said he was dealing in shorts for 20 years and got out. It’s all he did. No options. No dividends. He personally knows shorters (big money) that have been buying in since the dividend announcement and that means they can’t have realized a dividend is coming.
For sure it’s breaking $3.50 Monday because they’re (the short busters) are buying several hundred thousand shares up to $3.50. He said It’s going to open, then the shorts come in and dump it. That’s when they’ll start buying. They’ll do it in small orders to prevent volatility and more rapid shorting.
