Yesterday or the day before there was a discussion on bringing home projects to work on. Granted, for you guys that usually means engines and such but for me, it tends to be audio equipment.

My wife doesn't know about this one yet, so don't say anything.

Someone posted on the Nextdoor website that she had a Bose speaker system she wanted to recycle because she didn't have any way of connecting anything to it. She got recommendations to bring it to hazardous waste by the dump, Best Buy, etc.

She also received a PM from a certain someone that likes audio equipment. Especially when it's free.

We got things coordinated and she dropped it off Thursday evening. I messaged her again and asked if she happened to have the remote for it, which she did and I picked up last night.

Everything is hooked up and the exercise room rearranged with my I'll gotten gains.



When doing some looking for information on the new gear, I was not expecting 15 year old Bose stuff to still be so expensive. Especially since she was just going to throw it away!

 

Some people are that stupid...

That is the way I shopped for my Place

80'x80' shop 1/3 concrete with water and electric and a House trailer

Spent 2 hours in the shop maybe 10 minutes in the trailer.

 

Doesn`t everyone unless your way out in the country.

I always thank the teachers at the Tech schools for working for Free I get some strange looks.

Straw Buyer offers a real low ball offer during the divorce I had the Evil Ex and Her Girl Friend wanting it done quick.

I know there has to be laws and things to prevent this kind thing but for profit people do strange things

What made things easier is the property was free and clear no payments it just felt slippery as a property a few miles away went for 2 1/2 times the low ball offer.

I declined the offer after finding out I could .

 

Roof looks fine, so does the truck. But the truck does need to be washed! The dirt and grime may be hiding the dents!

 

The deck height handle has been fixed, needs paint. I hope it works! I love my flap wheel on the grinder!

 

I was lucky and used my step-aunt as my agent.
