Quick question lol. I accidentally ordered this:

    20210328_001335.jpg
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TKXMPH7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_KB5ENBT8EP8ZP2HVQ13V?_encoding=UTF8

When I actually need to order more of this lol:

    20201225_011647.jpg
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BKKZ1AM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_DKMZDZHRAGG5K1C79HP2?_encoding=UTF8

I'm going to keep it but I wonder if putting it over the dampening will be much of a improvement? More than likely use it on the roof, firewall and floors. Thoughts? Everything else has dampening except for the floors and roof.

My truck pulled hard right when I hit the brake one time after replacing tie rod's. An alignment afterwards fixed it. I'd say take it back and have em double check it.

Toss it over the 80 mil helps with temp regulation and a bit more sound too.

I didn't have an issue with installing it on the roof. The floor might be a different story. With the added thickness of the heat/cool layer some trim panels might not fit correctly. If you plan where to put it ahead of time you shouldn't run into an issue.

Usually pulling while braking is a symptom of a bad (stuck) caliper.

Who makes the front bumper/winch mount? I'm looking for one of those.
I also really like the stealth decals on the side of the truck.

I just ordered two rolls of that Noico tape. I didn't think I needed it for the roof but I definitely use it on the floor.

Yes, improper alignment. Most roads have a crown built into them and the alignment is supposed to compensate for the crown in the road. If your truck has larger than stock tires the problem will be exaggerated. Braking will also exaggerate the problem. UCA's with high caster will exaggerate it too. That's why the front right and front left alignment is never supposed to be exactly the same, to compensate for the crown.

That's what I thought too, however the guy at the shop said you still don't want to do that because it could cause uneven wear on the tires due to being set uneven. I can see what he is saying in theory, but reality for me is I'd rather give up a few miles of treat life for a more pleasurable driving experience.

That's one of two reasons why tires are rotated as scheduled maintenance, the other reason being more weight is up front versus the rear of the vehicle.

Drove down to Darien, CT. to pick up a Hi-Lift jack.
I was able to test the sound deadening job I did to the roof. The truck was noticeably quieter while driving in the rain.
I also tested my Ultra-Gauge EM Plus. I got an average of 22.3 MPG's.

You should be fine with 150. I made the mistake and got 300 and put on the floor. It works but it’s a right fit and doesn’t sit right in some areas.

Download a DB app in your phone and let us know why you get. I avg 68-69db with little cross win and have a rack up top. This is also with no interior at the moment.
