Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
He is refering to the leaf spring sag when weight is put in the bed, not payload.

This is my first Taco so I won't weigh in on the rest of it.

But "Starting at 38K" is a loooong way from loaded w/JBL out-the-door at a little over 30k.

    Just sayin'

Op is right, you guys are biased; and frankly I have had enough of it! I'm taking my Taco to a Mustang forum where they will welcome me with open arms, they will love hearing about all the hi-jinks me and my taco get into, we will all laugh and share taco/mustang stories, it will be great! No more biases, we will live in cyber harmony!

Thank goodness, I thought it was only me that thought everyone here loved Tacomas and hated everything else..:poking:.

But really I can get a Turd raptor for $8K more than a full optioned Tacoma or I could take the $8K and get some bad ass upgrades for the Tacoma. Plus we have a kick ass forum, no one requires you to read any posts (Uh...moderators if it is the terms I have to read post please don't ban me, I ll get into compliance) we are like minded that is why we joined Tacomaworld. If you want less hating go to Truckworld or 4x4world or WeDriveTacomasbutsecretlywantothertrucks.com

Thats why I had to comment; horrible thread (at least considering the audience) but I can't wait to see where it is going.

d bag may have been a little harsh, but really this is the way the guy starts off on tw? lol he only posted a handful of times literally and this is the kind of thread he starts? if he was aiming for the funny bone he kinda missed. its makes little difference to me wether or not you know this guy or for how long i did not mean to offend him or you, but maybe he should post more constructively or at least let the folks on here know he is joking. and if you don't really like your tacoma sell it and go buy a ranger or a colorado:D you know why you bought a toyota because they make a good product. trust me the domestic midsize trucks are crappy.

as a matter of fact i will only buy nissan or toyota trucks they have served me well where a ford has left me stranded and wanting in more than a few ways. but if i ever needed to tow something large, larger than what a titan or tundra could handle i would go chevy. i have nothing against chevy or ford i just happen to think that the japanese have out classed them in the tundras and tacoma's market segment.

Please read this again, What part of that statement is a joke ?? It sounds a little inflammatory to me & others apparently, I've already responded , the only reason I respond now is to stop you from back peddaling from your "Douche Bag" comment which in this case is appropriate for the OP & his 10 year friend who says something like " i think it's hilarious how pissed off everyone on here got about the whole thing hahaha, you guys really showed your true colors on this one[IMG]

Looks like 2 DOUCHEBAGS to me.

    just my$.02

I guess now I'm amazed about how so many people on this thread thought I was bashing tacomas. haha the one guy wrote a short story about something (too long to read).

Well fork mee. Unfortunately I am not yet in the habit of checking the date of the last post in every thread I read.

Those look magically delicious... thanks for sharing.
