    They made a howling noise, lost power, shifted frequently and/or rubbed on the front mud flaps.

    Looks like someone pretty incompetent designed this thing if a) it's not obvious that it's for b) even if it is obvious only a specific barrel diameter pen/pencil fits. No reason every pen shouldn't fit in there...

    I have a nice gel fine point BIC that fits nice in mine. That center boss interferes with most pens snapping in.
    I still miss the sunglasses holder more than anything. They put the Rock Crawling Controls in it's place on the PRO.

    a little off topic, kinda, but I sure wish the lid opened towards the passenger seat, like my second gen. Anyone else find your right arm cant get in the console, you have to use your left arm, as the opened lid blocks the use of your right arm. Or is it only me.

    I put that large single extra key hidden under the truck. I always keep a spare door key hidden under all my rides. You just never know, I might need to get in. Also that bracket under the lid of the console is as useless as tits on a bull.
