Since I had my flares off and fender liners for a thorough clean and rust inspection l removed my air intake tube. It was quite dirty with rust proofing oil all over it.

As a Canadian I had a chuckle when I realized the part was made in Canada! Stock part number is shown in second picture if anyone needs a reference.

Fuel filler v1 . Fills okay, but the angle is too low and it ends up spurting some gas out just before the pump clicks off.

Changed out my lca bushings today and magically a clunk from the front end is gone lol. Was very surprised how much that affected ride quality

Nope, I need that bed space to make up for the lack of storage in the cab lol. I can see how it would look better on a lowered mini truck though

    Why wouldn't it be?

5 lugs are almost the same frame. Body mounts are anyways. The rear can mounts and front bed mounts just needed moved for the double cab.

54B6427D-7C0F-4120-8F04-971148B7905C.jpg Installed a Noco battery charger since my truck sits a lot not being a daily driver anymore. I have about the busiest engine bay, I love my truck but space is at an absolute premium- still have to put my cruise control back, making that bracket has been extremely frustrating

I’ve read that even with a high output alternator lead acid or AGM batteries (dual Odysseys and a Blue Sea MLACR in my case) won’t charge fully even after 2 or 3 hours of driving so I decided to install the charger to top the batteries off after trips when my fridge and lights run the house battery down.

Should be installing solar this summer, excited for that, then hopefully I’ll be able to sit for more than 48 hrs without running both batteries really low, been forced to link them so the starting battery could help run the fridge after the first 30 hours or so which has resulted in some iffy starts
