@6 gearT444E how are the state troopers down your way? Are they assholes about everything? Cuz I’ll be pulling a trailer with no registration for the moving process

I just bought a used Toyota truck and went to NJMV the next day to register it and it said I had to call for an appointment on the door. They gave me an appointment for in almost 3 weeks! Everyone else has been open, guess they are still in fear of COVID but I won't get into that blue state lame ass crap... when I called for insurance and I mentioned the crazy wait time for the registration appointment, I was told the cops are understanding because I told them I had plates to put on it so I could start to have work done to the truck.
So according to Plymouth Rock, the cops should be cool...

I’ve never had a problem. Been using the same registration for multiple trailers for years lol. Just make sure it has a plate and working lights. My golden rule: don’t break the law while you’re breaking the law.

Found a 1991 with a great frame, clean drivetrain with no leaks and the interior was great, not even a crack in the dash. 121K original miles... got it with a black 2WD grille and a cap, first things to go!
