You carry a spare CV or a spare outer snout and just leave the inner cup in the diff and bolt the outer snout into the hub bearing so you don't destroy it.

The ADD just prevents the DS from spinning in 2wd lessening the parasitic drag and decreased fuel millage. Think of it as a diff version of locking hubs.

Sweet looks really cool. I have a Tepui Autana that’s just ok. As much as I like sleeping in a RTT, I don’t think I’m gonna buy another. If anything, I’ll probably try building a wedge camper. Just gotta figure out how to fit two adults and two kids in one.

Yea I needed more room for my dog lol. Tent was croweded with me my girlfriend and dog all up there. Now I’m gonna put the annex on and put the dog crate down there so she can be in the same space as us.

wedge campers are nice. It’s gonna be heavy though haha.

Yea they are heavy but it’s pretty comparable to the setup I have now. My shell weighs 100# plus my RTT at 190#. The wedge I’d build is right at about 300#.

Do you track your trans temps? Finally got mine into a gods area. Engine temp is good too. I’m pretty happy with my performance of the truck right now. Could definitely benifit from a tune though!

Nope. Never did. I think subconsciously I always wanted to convert to a manual. So an overheated blown up auto transmission would have just made a good excuse for it to happen sooner.

The blue and white wire are 4hi and 4lo. I can’t get it to light up. Are they in the right place, pin 15 and 16? I am trying to stuff them in there without a pin, bare wire which may be my problem. I’m grounding the other wire to my sliders for the time being to test

You probably have a connection issue. Also without a pin diagram I couldn't tell you which ones are which.

Yes I’ll have to double check but I’m pretty sure those are the pins. I grounded mine to the airbag ground under the center console area. Flip your wires around on the tcase and see if that helps. Ones the ground and the other is the sensor

Those are the right pins on the connector. You likely have a connection issue with it, especially if not using pins. The 11 and 12 pins match up to my schematics for the c10 connector used for brake fluid warning switch and high beam indicator respectively.

Looking at the pinout I think the wires are incorrect.4wdpins2 (2)_LI.jpg 4wd pins_LI.jpg Still think there is also a connection issue
