We had something similar. We had beef tenderloin, with baked potatoes and broccolli. Too early in the season to pull out the grill, so I used the broiler.

We are working but a lot of the office people are still working from home and will be until at least September.
The production side is strange. We have 5-Ton Crew Cabs that can only have the driver and one person so they have a follow van for every 5-Ton. The 15 passenger van can have the driver plus 2 people. No one can report to location in their own vehicle so they have rented shuttle busses, school busses, anything they can to shuttle people. It’s keeping a lot of people working which is a good thing but when things go back to normal, if they do, there’s going to be a lot of people looking for work.
