You have anything thats work van friendly? I have a locker.

 

Any one have a spare 3rd member for a sport sitting around? I'm hoping to borrow one so i can roll my truck back outside while mine is at ecgs.

 

I have two for a 3rd gen, with a locker and without.

So one for a sport and one for an offroad (I dont know why they were pulled to be honest, but I know it was done under warrenty at a dealership)

All the gears look to be intact and no chipping.

 

Just push it. Not going to hurt anything. Why do the extra work?

 

Moreover, you should've just ordered a built one from them, swapped them out and sent your old one back. No down time. That's what I'll be doing. There's a core charge, but you get it back when they get yours.

Nothing to keep the axle lined up in the housing.

 

Have someone lay on a skateboard while under the axle and they use their hands to hold the axles in place.

Any idea if theyre the same as a second gen?

My truck is dead at evw. I'd like the pull the diff there, throw something back in it and put it in their parking lot so i'm not taking up floor space for a few weeks.

It sounds like ecgs plans on warrantying it so i'd like to send them mine. Either way if they can reuse some of it i'll still save money because unemployed.
