Ha! My neighbor's Ram caught fire. Then the dumbass went out and got another one.

FJC nearly burns down his house and puts his family in danger in the process, and what does he do? Goes out and gives them money for a replacement. Insane

You never know, he could have torched it for a better model.

No way. This guy doesn't know what foresight is, let alone know how to successfully commit fraud

Is this what people mean when they say the new Ram truck is “Hot”?

It was sunny in the 60's and the AC/Heat were both off.

Mine are a bit more of Cosmetic issues but I feel like crap about them, I had a tiny scratch on my door, decided to buff it out with the maguirs scratch 2.0 kit. Turns out I over buffed into the paint. Although is not very visible to others eyes it's there and it bugs the Shhh out of me. Also installation of my clazzio seat covers I removed the seats for easier installation and made a huge scratch on my glove box. I know these are all dumb reasons to freak out about but I'll get over them. Lastly fuel pump is the only recall so far on my 3rd gen.

I've got the timing cover leak. Still under warranty so dealership will fix once parts comes in. I've read that's it's a PITA repair. Multiple day job. One toyota dealership on the Island, where most all toyotas that are still under warranty go to get serviced. Had to wait 5 hours just for them to see and verify the leak for themselves. Glad I found it before 5yr/50,000 mile warranty is up. My truck makes 5 years in October. (Only 38000 on the odo)

Lucky you! The earlier model years are the ones that usually will have the bugs and defects. 19s and up are pretty solid

Nothing worth mentioning on my 17 but I’ve only got 28,000 miles on the odometer after 4 years.

Seems to vary a lot between trucks, my 2016 has had literally no issues other than the battery dying after five years (long time for a stock battery in my opinion).

Na, It peaked with the first gens(01~04). I still see more of those on the road, than anything else. They also aged very well, as they still look good to me.

    2018 SR...currently has 24,000 miles.
The fuel pump recall and the TSS front sensor recall. Both completed. Had a broken passenger seat frame...heard a loud clunk when going over bumps. It took a week to get fixed, no big deal.
That's it....not too bad except for fuel pump recall as I had minor driveability issues before recall was done.

The 2.7 has a leisurely demeanor that's for sure...however it's fine for my needs.

More specifically the transmission performance was noticeably better (less hunting and smoother shifting) after the fuel pump recall was done. It felt as if the ECU was reflashed, however I was told no reprogramming was done. I should've checked the ECU cal ID before the fuel pump was replaced.

Third brake light leaked after warranty period.
Not really a problem, but rear brakes needed replacing at what I thought was way too low of mileage for rear brakes.
