Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

Good morning. He's in pretty bad shape but in good hands at the hospital. They are transferring him to Omaha today. They run test last night and determined it wasn't major life threatening like aorta rupture. He was just having severe chest pain, so he called me. I asked did he need to go to hospital, he said be a good idea. I dialed 911 on my way there and medics met me at his place. They did determine he was losing blood internally somewhere. So more test.
He's a former coworker, retired now and just 67 or so. Great guy but one who would be better off with less or no

Thanks for asking. Also wifes Tacoma was sat on test drive, all back together.

 

Glad he's at the hospital now, hopefully he can get all straightened out. How is your wife?

 

I take the wife in for biopsy tomorrow. She doesn't feel bad really at all, just was feeling short of breath doing things that normally wouldn't cause that. We should know by end of week.
All this and I still plan to go work a shared resource job in Arizona next week. My wife pretty much insisted that I go. She bot worried it's something terrible bad. I could cancel the road trip if needed. It's easily 10k clear over what I'd normally earn in 5 weeks.

 

Just got a message from our realtor, he said the people who made the low ball offer backed out of that offer. Guess they were just seeing if we would jump.

Trying to sell so we can buy some land and not work so much, the store keeps us pretty tied down and we work a lot of hours.

 

I have a photography light box like this one that I put the printer in. It does a decent job of keeping ambient air off of the print and containing the heat. Looking closer at the part this morning, it did warp a bit on the bottom so I have more work to do.

 

Nice! Enough land for a compound? I’ll come clear some trails.

Boss man came out and ask “did you weld something for a Chinese restaurant not long ago”? I said yeah, he said the guy needs this welded. I said see if he’ll pay you this time cause he didn’t offer last time.

I remember the weld was ugly because of the oil or something in it so I heated this up with the torch and out it came. It’s still ugly

 

Dust covers came in for the four wheeler. You can’t see them on though.

 

Took the engine off the other rotted Honda mower deck.... that one is the older model with the 3 spd trans.... everything worked great yet on that... bet received with the rotted deck couple years ago.... so I gots a spare gvc 160 and other parts that look like they can be swapped over
