upload_2021-3-29_10-4-8.jpg BBD9462D-D456-44AC-9FAA-6406FCBE2ABB.jpg I purchased a Tacoma a few years ago because of the reliability. I’ve always been an outdoorsman but I always hiked in. After reading some overland forums I wanted to make a truck camping/over landing rig. So here is the start.
we went 3” in the front 1” in the rear with 295 70 17 Yokohama geolander M/T and Black Rhino wheels. I was wondering if any gen 2 guys know how to recalibrate the speedo and if anyone know if the gen 3 tailgate would fit the gen 2s. Thanks for the feedback in advance! upload_2021-3-29_10-4-8.jpg

they have different contours so even if it did fit, it would look off in the 2nd gen bed. they are pretty different shapes

I have a question, are you rubbing? I am about to try and install some 295/70/17’s on my taco. Wheels are -10 offset with 4.5 BS I want to say. I have Nitto Terra Grapplers which aren’t as aggressive as the Geolander’s. Just really hoping it fits lol.

mine are 17x9 with -12 offset. The body mount was trimmed and I’ll have to back cut a little more. It only rubs when I turn all the way and it’s only slightly. Sorry for the late response and I hope this helps!

No that's perftect. I like the stance and judging by your specs I should have a similar look.

I have 295/70/17's. They're AT's though, not as aggressive but should look alright. Then I have 17x8.5 with a -10 offset. Thanks for the reply.
