Hmmmmmmmm....


Not carpeted luckily which I prefer. Makes for easier cleaning and less surface area for unwanted things to cling to.
I need to post some better pics during my lunch and I'm sure that'll help a ton.

I didn't think they were but I was unsure... the fact you got sparks when you probed the MAF is not a good sign for the health of your ECU

I gave up on Uber awhile back when they wanted double what Lyft wanted for morning work rides, I was gonna download the app again but then my wife finished up her work thing early.

It's just interesting how drastically different the whole rideshare thing is now, I guess it makes sense - pandemic and all, picking up strangers in your car for what's basically minimum wage doesn't sound very appealing or worth the risk of covid. Some of them are probably making more on unemployment still than they were when they were driving, or at least enough to not risk coming back to it just yet

 

The whole idea of being a rideshare driver was always horrific to me anyway so I never understood it from the get go, but I'm not much of a people person unless they're people I know lol.

 

At least he didn't burn down the car.

As a CA transplant in NC, I can confirm. It's been 11 years but I still say the 40, the 405.

 

It just seems weird to me not to put "the" in front of it. Like how I would never say 'turn off oven' I would say 'turn off the oven'

But, for streets that have actual names like say Orange Grove Ave., I never say 'turn left on THE Orange Grove Avenue' I just say turn left on Orange Grove Ave.

I dunno, it's a weird regional language thing no one will ever understand I guess lol.

 

28 years in San Diego and I do the same thing still. Seems hit or miss with people out here in Tucson.

 

Even Northern California doesn't do that. We know SoCal people from NorCal people when they add "the" to freeways.

We say "Take 101 to 5" or "take 580 to 880" never leading with the.

 

So you guys can't even agree within your own state?

That means it's wrong

 

No, NorCal is just weird. They have a town called "Weed", so go figure.

 

It's all weird, hopefully we float into the ocean soon.
