Good deal glad that finally worked out, looked at any more bf gear? Wish I was in the spot to help on an order.

Do you see Schaffner or his NP? I always see Lynn. I saw her when she was at the diabetes treatment center.
I may eventually get a bed cage.....definitely gonna get a rear bumper though :D

I see Lynn, too. Only saw Shaffner once. A1C was 5.4, standard deviation of 35 for bg readings. She told me I could chill out haha I said I don’t drink or smoke so I don’t have anything to do compulsively but manage my diabetes haha

Yup. I figure if I'm replacing the bumper.....might as well go full rere
I'm sure once I go to days, I'll have to adjust mime again. I've been having lows on nights I'm not working.

Agree if doing a rear bumper might as well chop and do it once!

Do you set a different basal for nights? I just use pens, but had that option on the pump.

Lol, yeah they matter, I was referring to the affect on his shock tuning. If you tune them for the pins in they are going to act the same as long as the pins are in. With the pins out they are going to be a little looser when extended because you wont have as much resistance from the leaf springs once they start to extend. That is why I told @ovrlndkull a suck down winch on the front is a good idea. Missing links are for rock crawling and with the pins pulled your shocks are not much help, a little but not much.

Not as of yet. I'm only having the problem on off nights. I've been cutting my rate to 70%. I figure once I go to days, it'll be easier to get it figured out.

This is the droop the missing links give me on the front, I need longer shocks, the shocks are limiting droop right now.

That’s awesome. Are these popular on Tacomas? I don’t know if I’ve seen it or maybe not been looking for it.

I tend to run a little high during the night. I tried adjusting my long acting but tank more during the day. I end up just giving a unit or two of short acting before bed and it works out pretty good. I also think the Dexcom reads higher than what it actually is if you’re just sitting around or asleep. That’s another reason I don’t trust the pump I had and its “control IQ”. I don’t trust my CGM enough to let it make correction boluses for me.

Not a lot of Tacomas with leaf springs up front. I have seen a few using them in the rear. Just depends on how hard you want to offroad, every little bit helps.
