Just cut it so it dumps over the axle. Don’t want the exhaust on the axle ideally.

    No problem.
I should mention i don't keep my spare under the bed at all so if you are planning to keep it under there it might be best to cut it off half way through the next bend so it directs the exhaust away from the tire.
i also don't recommend leaving your spare under the bed when (or if) you plan on wheeling

Just something to consider if you plan on keeping your spare stowed under the bed

I plan to cut mine here, to keep the support of the last exhaust hanger:

    XQbOikxnG9e0fqhNTQkc_yjh4d2n3Q2f6gDjA7iI_456fba79efc74af9c9fdee0984b50ffc64c649f6.jpg

All the hits off-road over the past few years had been on the tip - you can even see a dent where the pipe was pushed into the leaf shackle hanger. I can always cut the pipe back at the axle later, but there will be a lot of unsupported length.

Following a tip from Lite Brite, I keep my spare deflated to give it a bit more puncture resistance. I keep a Viair 85P pump in the truck at all times, and the twin-piston AliExpress monstrosity on wheeling trips.

That's what I have in mind and I'm thinking about hanging the tire at the front by the back window
