okay. Started my flooring project at 8:00 this morning. Had to replace a section due to a leaking window rotting the floor. Window is being replaced in a few weeks, but not by me I hired a guy. After replacing the rotten area with 3/4” plywood the floor went down great. I have a few strips to finish up tmo, as well as base board and quarter round. Then removing the strips on the wall and paint. Possibly gonna attempt to replace the closet door with a house door (I live in a double wide). But here are the pics from today. I’ve never laid any kind of floor so this was a first for me. Best part. All the flooring was free. No before pics I forgot to take some. It had blue 30 year old carpet.

I’m finally installing hardwood in the Master Bedroom. I’ve been looking for 9/16” bamboo to match the thickness with the rest of house. Bamboo flooring is not as readily available as it was 7-8 years back. Home Depot has a few samples (2). We ended up ordering from Cali Bamboo in California.
I’m guessing all the tariffs put on China are the reason...

Paint and baseboards. Gonna get crazy and install some crown moulding. Debating changing the bedroom and closet doors out for house doors. Advice?
Also going to replace the wall outlets and covers tomorrow.
-don’t mind the mess. This project has destroyed my usually spotless house.

I took it as changing bifold doors to swing.

Assuming that's correct, my question would be do you have the room for a swing door to fully open if you change them out?

I live in a double wide. The double wide doors the framing is smaller the doors are thinner and have no design to them. House doors the options are there for design and whatnot. They look a lot better and are solid rather than thin hollow doors like I have now.
It’s a regular swing door that opens into the room now. No sliding or bi fold

Thank you. Waiting on the new window to be installed and it’ll be finished. First mini renovation project I’ve done by myself and I’m pretty happy how it came out.

Looks good! Be careful - house mods can be as addictive as truck mods.
