2021 Taco

Excited to learn more about the truck world. Just bought my first Taco in December. 2021 Trd Sport. Loving the modifications thus far!

what’s your favorite mod to date?

 

Welcome to TW! That’s a nice looking truck! Are you going to paint the emblems to match the blue in the wheels?

It’s really tough to say which mod is my favorite... I’ve done a lot of small things, plus suspension, wheels, tires etc. I’d say I’m pretty happy with everything I’ve done.

But, if I had to pick on thing I like the bedside decal I had @CBoy808 make for me.

Can't improve on perfection

 

the rims are all black. Must be a weird filter that has a blue tint to it or something. I’ve blacked out all the badging and have black letters on the tailgate.

Does this just lock in over the folded down seats?

 

Maybe I’m just seeing them as having blue accents. I recently black out my emblems as well. Still need to paint the tailgate letters.

Another cool mod, that you’ll never see yourself, are the @MESO Total Tail Lights. If you not seen them, look them up.

 

There are two clips that slide into where the seat back locks in

My favorite mod is the Fox 2.0 performance suspension. night and day difference from the stock Hitachi TRD Sport suspension.
here is the front coilovers with 1.5 inches of lift


the rear also has the fox 2.0 shocks at stock height

Amazon has some awesome 3D printed letters that fit right in. I think I paid $20 for them. They work great and look super sick. Also here is a close up of the rims. I think it was just the filter on that first photo that made them have some blue in them.
