You may be having browser issues. If on a phone, restart, clear browser cache, or maybe an add-on is causing the problem?

    @Taco2021LB

I'm waffling back and forth between the m/t's in this size, and the at3w's. I have a set of 285/75-16 at3w's currently, and I have liked how they have performed for the past few years. Looking forward to hearing how these m/t's perform.

The Falken Wildpeak 235/85R16, on my 1st Gen. Stock U&L CA's, after OME (w/882 coils) Lift.
Here's a few images (not "measured" but there's easily 3/4") showing UCA clearance.

Just posting a couple pics cuz I love these tires so much and they look good (Cooper ST-Maxx 235 85R16) - surprised more folks don't use them. These are with 1.25" Spidertrax spacers. Soon adding small winch bumper (Victory Blitz) and RCI skids.IMG_5353.jpg IMG_5358.jpg

What wheel do you have? Do you happen to know the backspacing? Thank you for the pics showing the clearance. I have the same lift setup on my 3rd gen 4runner, and am looking at these same tires to get this summer, so its nice to see the clearance I can expect.

The wheels, they came off my 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road.
    I actually bought another set.
    They will fit your 4Runner.

I’d like to see front on and side picks of this setup. I like this tire size as well.

Looks great on a 1st gen. Bet it would be great on the old pickup too. Really nice size.

Picked up a set of Grabber AT-X from the internet paired with some stock 16 hole steelies.
Anyone have any issues with balancing these? I've had to go back to the shop 3 times now for them to try and rebalance. Today was the last straw as I'm still getting a good shake around 110km/hr (65mph)on the highway. It feels like it's coming from the back end. Going to book an appt tomorrow with a shop who has a road force balancer.

You might want to make sure there is no dirt, or other debris stuck to the wheels. There was some on the inside on one of mine that was not seen when balanced. I caught it after they were balanced, and they needed rebalanced. Although, I don't have the same tires as you have.

Another thing, the tires (you may be aware of this already) have a mark, or dot. This "should be" clocked to the valve stem when the tire is mounted.

Yeah they've rotated the tires on the rims a bunch. Slid a 1/4 turn, remove weights, rebalanced but nothing seems to do it. Rims were cleaned and repainted before I took them.

I'll see if road force or a different shop/tech will make any improvements. In my own garage I can see the tires aren't perfectly round while they spin on the jack.

That stinks. I hope someone can get things to balance out correctly.
The place I get my tires balanced through, the guy can get pretty aggressive, with mud terrains.
He's done everything you mention on many, mainly after the tires have worn some.
I've seen him shave side lugs completely off to get them to balance.

There's a lot of weights, some 8" apart both front and back of rim, which doesn't look right to me. We'll see what happens with a new shop, maybe the tires are dickered.

The weight spacing, being as it is, the only time I've seen crap like that, is when their machine is worn out, or the tech doesn't know WTH they're doing.
    Definitely try another shop.

And request all the weights be placed on the back.
