There's a lot of value in a pro. Considering how rare the manuals are and you throw a specialty color on, I'm banking on this thing holding its value completely.

Yeah, I get really tired of the "Its 7,000 more, you could build a better truck for half that!!" argument.

Uhh, no it's not. If you take an OR with the tech package, it's only about $2,500 more, but for that extra cash you get the Fox Shocks $1,000+, the $500 grill, the $750 cat-back, $500 bash plate, $1,000 wheels, $650 LED fog lights... And all these things come with a warranty and resale value.

When I was comparing apples to apples, had I bought an OR, I would have gotten rid of the ugly wheels, the Bilsteins that come on the OR are nothing special, they would have been replaced, and stupid as it may sound, I love how the skewp looks. I wanted a skewp. So then, back down to a Sport, and I have to get rid of the terrible wheels...

The Pro suddenly becomes a pretty decent value - assuming you can find one - I had no idea I was so lucky.

I agree with all of these points.

I "ordered" in February. My dealer is pretty sure he can get an MT LR but this year nothing is certain. I check daily for that specific truck across the country and am ready to jump on anything.

I've found three others before they were even listed anywhere. Two I couldn't purchase for reasons that aren't related to my situation and one was sold before I contacted the dealer.

I think I may even put in another order at a dealer in a different province just to up my odds.

    Congratulations! @Roof Walker @Jproz

Where are you guys located? (general location)
I'd be curious to see where all these LRs end-up - the general geographic distribution in the country...

    I remember the feeling!

LOL I think this thread has the majority of the entire production run of manual LR Pro.

    Nicely done y'all.

I'm in southeast Michigan about 15 miles north of Detroit. I have yet to see another LR at all in the area.

I know of another in SF Bay so there's at least 3 LRs fairly close by... Toyota had originally intended mine for Oregon.

heh sounds like a photo opp.

I’ve already got glove/console organizers, rokblokz, retrax, oem mat, oem remote tailgate, maxxis tires and graphene in progress. (I have a longer list ... this is just to get me started; the pricier off roading and rtt items will need to wait)

maybe in May (for photos) some time because ... why not
