Trying to get a raise depends on who's friends with the supers. So you gotta grease elbows with the higher ups to get auto pay raises. I think I was making $12/hr there but it took me transferring from shipping to receiing to get my raise since my super in shipping said in a nutshell in my review "Josh seems like he's happy where he is, so no raise." WTF? Who's happy not getting a raise?!

Other than that, the people I worked with made it semi enjoyable. The fact that you have a micro-computer tracking your every action was not enjoyable, especially when accompanied by the ever increasing quotas that you have to meet on a per-hour basis. I literally had to sprint to fill orders to meet quotas. I calculated it one night and I think I move like 3 tons totals of green tip 5.56 back when XXXXX was trying to ban it. Stuff was flying off the shelves and it wasn't light either. Luckily I had just come back from the Military so I was in decent physical shape.

Oh and if you want to be a super, they only take people with BA's. Doesn't matter what its in though. One of my supers had a BA in Pottery...

Not like it was a horrible wage, but it's still funny to think about, lmao
