I honestly never understood why people pay more for a guitar that looks like it's used.

I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of this Guild T-Bird repro. I love offset guitars and this one is a birthday gift from my fam. It's a set neck so I'm a bit worried about the sudden humidity shift from Kansas to Georgia.

I was really into the Fender Road Worn series when they first came out. They were well-built, sounded great, and felt even better but the relic jobs turned me off of the price.

I played one at GC last week and the color is a little more muted in normal light, but I like it. GC price was $799. I got one for $620. After tax and shipping, it was $701. Still more than I'd like to pay for an overseas-made guitar but it sure is a looker. I'll be sure to get some pics of mine when I get home.

Here’s your reminder to get your guitars set up if you haven’t in a while or not at all.

Got my Martin HD28 back on Monday and that big volume is finally there. First set up since I got the guitar a year ago.

    Yeah, that’s absolutely insane lol

The worst part is that in comparison to my HD28 with the same wood types and same neck and nut width, you’re really paying for slightly wider string spacing and a shit ton of bling.

I own 2 Martin’s.. a D18GE and an HD28. I have no interest in going any higher in models tbh

Literally 3x the price. For more bling and slightly wider strings. I wouldn’t be able to do it man lol

I love it. Guild is my favorite brand. Way underated. I own two Guilds. A Polara and a little parlor guitar. The pickups on that Polara are great.
