This one has color match wheels… I wonder if this is the same one that I see in North Portland all the time

Did they team up with Nissan at one point and time? I always thought they looked like the Frontier when I saw one in person many years ago.

Interesting! I never dug into it. Makes a lot of sense now. Kind of like the FRS and BRZ o_O

Or the Supra and Z4 (which I found EXTREMELY disappointing upon launch)

At first I didn't like the Supra but now they've grown on me. They look bad ass with the wide body kits but have seen some nice lowered ones on the internet that's not wide bodied out.

They look alright but I was hoping it would be more of a tribute to the original Supra opposed to a BMW with some Toyota lipstick on it. Deep down I was hoping for a modernized 2JZ (or at least Toyota built straight 6) but I know that was probably overly optimistic.

A Toyota with BMW guts just doesn't sit well with me. Bye bye Toyota reliability hello BMW electrical issues.

The BRZ/FRS joint venture made alot more sense to me. Subaru did what they do best -boxxer engine and Toyota did what they do very well - Chassis and they combined the two to make a cool car. The Supra just seems like much more of a cop out/half assed marketing ploy so they could say "we brought the "Supra" back!".

Speaking of wide cars... Brand new RS6 Avant is a whole lot of want.

I wish they would have carried over the tail lights on the Supra. Not exact but how Nissan did with the Skyline and GTR and Ford with the Mustang. Something where when you see it you already knew it was a Supra.
