I started my install today but was interrupted by other things............hope to possibly finish up what I can tomorrow. I'm still waiting to get the SOS speaker relocation bracket, but I hope to be done except for that detail by tomorrow evening.

Update: I sent an email and Daniel replied almost immediately and let me know they were able to reproduce my Bluetooth issue in house and are looking at a possible software/firmware update. I feel certain they will get this issue sorted! I'll keep this thread updated.

Did Daniel hint at how a firmware update would be done by an end user?

When I did my software update back in 2019, I needed a mini-USB cable to connect to my laptop, I needed to find the right driver online and install them (it wouldn't automatically download, like say when you plug in a USB key). I needed to install the program OEM+ provided, then use the new file and "flash" it to the amp. Similar to the OVtune.

I’ve started my install today. Here is a pic of the aforementioned cute little rear OEM JBL door speakers:

Got my system buttoned up today (except for relocating the stock dash speaker for my SOS setup - still waiting on the bracket from OEM+)! I'll post up again as soon as I have a little time to listen to it and put together my thoughts to share. I will comment that I can't remember ever having had better customer service from any company.

For anyone with Seat Jackers you’ll need to completely remove them to install the amp under the driver’s seat. So if you’re thinking of getting them, this would be a perfect time.

Daniel got in touch with me today to let me know they have a resolution and are working on how to deploy it. I’ll update when I know more. A+++ Customer service!

That's great news! I don't even use Bluetooth currently, but would hate to lose any functionality of the original equipment systems. I think the factory integration is the primary reason some of us have chosen this audio option.

On a side note, I have the power seat and one thing I noticed was that when I'm playing the stereo and use the lumbar inflate/deflate switch that my sound cuts out for a split second! Anyone else have that issue? Got an email in to the company and got an initial reply about the fiber optic cable but I followed up to explain that the seat isn't moving, so that can't be it. Awaiting a second response.

Also, I do NOT have any feedback issues through the sub or other speakers as one of the members posted up previously.

I’m getting closer to getting done. I just have the front door speakers (plus sound deadening) and power to take care of. I also need to figure out where I’m mounting the bass knob. Above the Qi charger seems like a good location but tricky to get the communication wire to it.

I mounted my remote knob in the unused switch knockout left of the steering wheel. Very easy to access and also very discreet. I like it there.

I put mine on the side of the center console/transmission tunnel. Right beside/below the parking brake handle. Wire just runs up from under the seat. Had to cover the LED because it puts out around 700 lumens

I think I read your previous post about that so I left the LED out!

Sounds like it will serve double purpose inside the center console, both illumination and sub control.
