Those are always the blocks of programming I dread the most:rofl:
That being said, I typically feel pretty good after completing conditioning workouts like that, it just sucks going through them

Finally going to the gym a bit again. It’s nice to have access to decent equipment.

We’ve got a lot of folks from all around here, do you guys hear a lot of push back on masks where you are?

I’m from a die hard red state and have been in CO the last week. Back home there is virtually no push back on masks. Here, holy shit I’ve already been in breweries where bartenders have been called fucking communist pigs and I’ve been called out for wearing my mask into a place by some batshit crazy guys who don’t believe in them. This is a blue state... WTF?
I’m just minding my own business and get yelled at. I know I’m wearing my Packer mask but still ;)

What do you guys see where you are?
This has just been an odd experience to me.

Life is normal here. There are a few people that are assholes about it when they see someone not wearing one, but they’re very few and far between. Most folks don’t wear them here. At my store, people always ask if we prefer they wear one. They’re typically relieved when i tell them no.

Its very interesting where different states are in regards to them.
I have to wear them everywhere but the gym so far. While I’ve been gone my county ended the madatory mask mandate. So lets see if where I bartend still requires employees to wear them.

I’ve just never met so many outlandishly vocal people regading it.

But one of the reasons I’ll never live in CO again is the people here as a generalized whole are a lot more abrasive and assholish.

We went to Wyoming and my wife got yelled at twice for not wearing one. We were walking out of a restaurant and she forgot it on the table and she stopped to check her pockets for it. A lady at the table she stopped close to freaked out yelling “6 FEET AND WEAR A MASK!” Then the guy at the register of a coffee shop basically reprimanded her because as she was talking, it fell below her nose. He freaked out on her and told her how it doesn’t do any good worn like that. She’s like dude...I’m a nurse. I know how to wear a mask - calm your tits.

It's almost like making a political issue out of wearing a mask during a pandemic makes for idiots and insane people on both sides....

    Anyway!

Cardio/endurance day today. Wish me luck.

I avoid mask talks lol. I respect businesses that want you to wear them. It’s their business after all. But don’t wear them while out in general public like the beach or on a walk around town.
Don’t judge people for wearing and don’t judge them for not.

In TN there were a lot of people that didn’t wear them. No one said anything to them.

Moved to SLC in January and the only place I’ve ever worn a mask is at work. Grocery stores, shopping malls, etc... all have “wear a mask” signs up but I’ve yet to be told by an employee or actual person within the store to put one on. No one out here seems to care that I never wear mine, but everyone wears them.

Is... Is that sign not telling you to put one on? Lol or you just mean no person has.

No person has said anything to me. The signs all say to put a mask on. Lol. Edited for clarification.

Got the email from work saying no more masks if we don’t want. My full time state gig if we go into the office its pretty strict you’ll get reprimanded if no mask but 99% of people are at home.

Lets see how the no mask thing goes. It’ll be an adjustment for me. Especially since I just had to get tested last week which was my first time having too. I did find out I have the antibodies not long ago.

I’ve traveled a lot during this time TN, FL, KY, IL, WI, MI, NC and no one has been as bad as CO in terms of vocal disrespect of others. Its interesting for sure.

I’ve only had to be tested once. My wife got it and had to be cornteened for 10 days, and my employer told me to stay home to be safe. Got tested and went back to work after 5 or 6 days.
